We enhance existing ROV’s from the market with additional measurement instruments like sonar or echo sounders. We are also developing new robot arms, since the existing robot arms in the lower price segment are simply not good enough to grap things.
Hydrocopter - a design sample
We planned to build a hydrocopter for the administration of oil pipelines, water pipelines and energy ocean cables. But it showed, that our wing gliders have a greater radius and are more suitable

Design Study and 3D Model

On the next page, you can see the model, which our designer printed out in 3D and CSC milling machines. The hydrocopter was intended for one pilot using one robot arm.
Actually, it will be the easiest way to install a robot rail across the pipeline once it is built. But an AUV could be also used to track the pipeline and to protect it.

ROV's (Remote Operating Vehicles)
ROV’s are available on the market. We usually buy in what is available and extend the ROV with e.g. new measurement instruments, embedded systems (Raspberry Pi), cameras, new robot arms. The Designer of below's ROV is Andrew EAV.
Applications for ROV's

Sniffer
Find toxins close to public or industry sewers. Especially in countries like India, this could help to identify those companies, which are initiating sewages.

Accidents or Leaks
Find leaks in water or oil pipelines nearby the coasts or in depths up to 600 feet.

Osmosis detection for Sailing and Motor Yachts
Instead of heaving the ship out of the water, the underwater ship can be examined with an ROV

Support underwater construction
Similar to the moon, robots will be the first to provide the basis for an underwater habitat … and our spheres!

Search for underwater artefacts
Diving deeper than 60 meters or 180 feet is very challenging for scuba divers. But it is easy for ROV’s to dive until 300 meters or 900 feet for exploration and more.
